Hey there, I’m Olivia.
I’m a postpartum doula with a passion for working with growing families.
Throughout years of working as an infant nanny, I encountered too many parents who said they felt overwhelmed and unsupported in the first few months with their new baby. My education in maternal and infant psychology has taught me the importance of postpartum support for maternal mental health and infant bonding. Because of these experiences, I decided to become a doula and give families the care they want and deserve. After earning a master’s degree in Developmental Psychology, I went on to certify as a Postpartum Doula, Lactation Counselor, and Babywearing Educator. I love that my work allows me to use my research background and knowledge of evidence-based practices, and provide nurturing support that allows parents to access their intuition and build confidence in themselves.
Each family is different, with a unique set of needs. I am dedicated to helping parents integrate their new baby into their family and meet their goals. I provide the knowledge and support to help families find confidence and peace in the postpartum period.
